HOW IT STARTED
| The mobile industry moves fast — and the bad advice moves faster. I started Virtuser because I had seen too many projects fail due to the wrong vendor choice(S), a rushed contract negotiation, and business case built on assumptions of someone who worked on part(s) of the solution a few times rather than end to end experience. Two decades later, the approach has not changed: understand the problem fully, recommend the right solution (not the one with the best commission), get the right people, all roll your sleeves up and stay with the project until it is genuinely working. |
